What is VMAC's cancellation policy?
A full refund less administration fee of USD 300 will be given for cancellation requests received not later that 30 working days before the event. Delegates who cancel less than 30 working days before the event, or who don’t attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refund can be given. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax 30 working days before the event is to be held in order to obtain a full credit for any future VMAC Business Group events. Thereafter, the full event fee is payable and is non-refundable. By signing this contract, the client agrees that in case of dispute or cancellation of this contract that VMAC Business Group will not be able to mitigate its losses for any less than 50% of the total contract value. If, for any reason, VMAC Business Group decides to cancel or postpone this event, VMAC Business Group is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel, or other travel costs incurred by clients. The event fee will not be refunded, but can be credited to a future event. Event program content is subject to change without notice. However, if you wish to attend the next course, and you have paid your course fee in full, you will be given a credit voucher.


What discounts are offered?
All conferences and training programmes have ‘Early Bird’ booking discounts for registrations booked in advance of the event.

If you would like to send a group of delegates you can benefit from the following discount structure:

2-3 delegates – 10%
4-5 delegates – 15%
6-7 delegates – 20%
7+  delegates – 25%

See the back of the event brochure for details. Online registrations entitled to discounts will be confirmed by fax upon receipt of your booking.


Who is responisble for travel & accommodation?
As a delegate you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation. Vmac Business Group can assist you in negotiating special delegate rates for you at selected hotels.  We highly recommend you secure your room reservation at the earliest to avoid last minute inconveniences. How do I apply for a Visa?
Delegates requiring visas should contact the hotel directly as soon as possible. Visas for non-GCC nationals may take several weeks to process, so avoid delay by ensuring your booking is confirmed by registering today! VMAC accepts no responsibility for denials or delays in the processing of Visas.


How do I request a brochure?
Event brochures are available to download on the event website.  Alternatively you can email marketing@vmacgroup.com with the name of the event.


What do I do if I am experiencing problems with VMAC's mailings?
If you are receiving multiple mailings, have updated contact information, or would like to be added or removed from our database, contact Lina J by email at marketing@vmacgroup.com or by phone at +6 03 2615 9499 ext: 504.
